Sales management

THOS sales outsourcing is delivered as a "sales managed service".

We do not only plan our customer's business (cfr. MOPS –analysis™), THOS also search and select the appropriate resources – at least 2 heads - to execute the agreed plan and objectives.

Moreover, once these resources are assigned and in operation, THOS will involve an Account Director in charge of sales management who guarantees a continuous monitoring, coaching and intermediate reporting of the business development activities and progress to our customer. The reporting is completed in our customer's CRM or forecasting tools.

THOS have a sales management staff on board with a 20-years background in sr. sales and management responsabilities.

On request of our customers, THOS also assume responsibilities of Interim Sales Management aiming at the coaching of the inhouse sales forces towards sales excellence.
